Antes de descargar su certificado digital, tenga en cuenta lo siguiente:

• Asegúrese que este en la computadora donde realizo la solicitud de dicho certificado digital.
• Su certificado digital es solo compatible con la computadora donde hizo la solicitud.
• Descargara un archivo, el cual usara para instalar su firma digital usando el siguiente manual.
• Si su firma digital se instala correctamente, NO La Borre de la computadora ni del sistema, no sin antes realizar la exportacion de la firma digital. El archivo que obtiene solo permite la instalacion UNA sola vez.
• ATENCIÓN: De no realizar la exportación de su firma, y su computadora se daña, teniendo como resultado la restauración del sistema o cambio de disco duro, la firma se perderá.
• Si confronta alguna situación con su certificado digital, puede contactar a nuestro personal para asistencia.
• IMPORTANTE: De no seguir las instrucciones tal como se especifican, incurrirá en que el certificado digital no sea instalado de la manera correcta, e incurrira en gastos adicionales por la revocación y reinicialización del proceso y/o su certificado digital.
